As an administrator, you can reset the password for a user that has forgotten the password or needs to change it for some reason. The user will then receive an email that will invite them to change their password.
To reset a user account in the Icons View:

Log in to Paligo via a user account that has administrator permissions.

Select the avatar in the top-right corner.

Select Settings from the menu.

Select the Users tab.

Hover over the user you want to reset the password for and select Edit user.

Select Reset password to send the user an email with a link to change the password.
